All returned items need to be strictly kept in completely unused, intact and original factory state, with full sets of matching accessories, complete outer packaging and attached labels intact, without any artificial damage, contamination or secondary use traces. Once our professional service team receives your returned goods and completes systematic inspection and verification, we will arrange the subsequent settlement and follow-up service procedure as practically soon as possible. We reserve the reasonable right to judge the final validity of all return applications completely according to the actual physical condition and integrity of the returned goods.
